Next-Gen Hygiene Campaign

Beautify Malawi (BEAM) Trust has developed a WASH-focused school program to address pressing sanitation challenges in schools, particularly the prevalence of diarrhoea diseases among school-aged children.

With funding from our partner, NBS Bank, the Next Gen initiative will operationalize this program across all 6,942 public primary schools in Malawi over the next five years, ensuring nationwide coverage and reaching every district and creating Handwashing Heroes. Through this effort, BEAM Trust seeks to safeguard the health of learners while embedding sustainable sanitation practices within the education system.
