MEET MR. DINGISWAYO JERE- BEAM TRUSTEE

 

Mr. Dingiswauo Jere: Beam Trustee

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Mr. Jere is a highly dynamic and creative person adept at working with minimum supervision.

He is an independent thinker for the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness in achieving its core business.

Mr. Jere is endowed with strong and persuasive interpersonal communication skills, a good team player, self-motivated and a self-starter; good at working and containing pressure; a very honest and straight forward person with high level of integrity.

 

SKILLS SUMMARY:
Mr. Jere has been at senior management level with fifteen (16) years’ extensive experience in Project Management, Grants management, Advocacy, monitoring and evaluation and Disaster Risk Management.

Extensive background in Programme Development and management of food security and cash transfer programmes with the UN-WFP (JEFAP), EU supported programmes, UNDP supported Disaster Risk Reduction activities, DFID supported Disaster Risk Reduction programs, and other Multi-national supported Emergency programmes.

Good business and financial management skills at senior managerial level.

 


MEET MR. SAM ZUZE- BEAM TRUSTEE

Sam Zuze: Beam Trustee

Sam Zuze is a trustee of the Beautify Malawi Trust and is responsible for the Trusts treasury. He is an accountant and treasurer with experience spanning for 18 years. After graduating in Accounting, he worked in the banking industry with local and international experience for 10 years and was in charge of customer service, accounting and treasury management, before taking the responsibility of Government revenue mobilization, accounting and reporting.

Over the years, he has successfully been in charge of and responsible for sound financial management and reporting, profitable treasury and risk management, supply chain, audit and government revenue accountability.

Mr Zuze is a Fellow with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a member of the Chartered Accountants in Malawi and serves in various boards of statutory corporations.
